1. Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.
If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Repeated missed appointments may lead to refusal of further bookings.

3. Payments

Payments are due at the time of treatment unless previously agreed.
